Status Quo

A couple of movies can help illustrate the status quo around here.

Here's a little bit of the good, Abbey fidgeting quietly and generally being cute.

And here's a little bit of the...other. This is about 1 AM one morning, an hour into an epic screaming fit. We've still got a ways to go at this point as well. Even Scout was getting a bit uneasy. Turn your speakers up - loud - to get the full experience.

Hi Monica!! Jason just showed me your site so I could see the new baby. She is sooooooo beautiful....just like you were when you were little. It's so hard to believe you've now had your own little girl. I just know she will be such a sweet little one just like you were. If it wasn't for you, I would have never decided to have Jason. I fell in love with you so much, that I thought if I could only have a baby half as cute and have as sweet, I would be the luckiest person alive. Well, he was cute, but not sweet! Typical boy though. I see Abbey has the crying stuff going on. Jason had colic really bad from 2 weeks all the way till he was 8 weeks old. From the video, you seem to be doing much better than I did with it. I couldn't wait till your dad came home so I could just hand Jason over.
Brit said you live somewhere close to where I work I think. I'm off of the Tollway and Lovers and Northwest Hwy. Maybe one day soon we could meet for lunch. I would love and be honored to meet you baby daughter.
I love you lots & still think of you often. I know your mother is so proud of you and I'm happy you're happy sweetie. Take care and give Abbey a kiss for me.
Email me at kgaither@mcgriff.com if you'd like to get together sometime.
